Mr. Hwa min Hsu, MBE
Position: Founder and Acting CEO

Mr.Hwa-Min Hsu MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) founded iFaFa in 2005 and Springfly in 2009 using his wealth of casino marketing and legal knowledge.

Along with years of experience in the online gaming business, Mr. Hsu has extensive knowledge with casino marketing

During the 1990s, he was responsible for transporting 1.2 million Asian punters and merchants from New York to Atlantic City. He has also acted as a marketing representative for the Playboy Hotel Casino, Caesars and Wynn’s Golden Nugget Casino.

His broad legal background encompasses time spent working in the gaming industry as well as being admitted to the Taiwanese and New York Bar and perhaps most notably, providing legal counsel to the British government in Taiwan. His dedicated and trustworthy services to the latter resulted in him being awarded an MBE from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Moreover, Mr. Hsu has attended numerous United States Presidential inaugurations and annual banquets and was also requested to speak in China as a scholar on behalf of the United Nations.

Since retiring from law, Mr. Hsu has focused his energy on helping new and established operators to enter the Asian market legitimately with Springfly.

Mr. Frank Hsu(President OPEI, USA)
Position: Land Based Casino Marketing Advisor

With over 40 years of experience in the casinos industry Mr. Frank Hsu was the Vice President of various land based casinos. He has managed large scale casino events which involved the coordination of live shows, singers, and casino gaming.

Mr. Frank Hsu has developed and implemented numerous highly successful marketing campaigns focused on bringing Asian gamblers to US casinos. His marketing expertise has catered to a wide range of Atlantic City, Indian Reservations and Las Vegas Casinos. In all, Mr. Frank Hsu has currently delivered and hosted over 1.5 million Asian Casino and Sports gamblers to various US casinos.

Mr. Frank Hsu has extensive marketing experience with a focus on the Asian markets. He intimately understands the cultural differences and unique attributes and needs of the various Asian markets. With this knowledge and his marketing experience he has the ability to develop individually customized marketing and customer relationship management programs focused on specific Asian Markets.

Mr. Salvador Sanchez (Founder IGC, USA)
Position: Online Casino Advisor

Mr. Salvador is a graduate of the University of Nevada Gaming School with a Bachelor of Science. His extensive expertise is multifaceted in the gaming industry.

He is a casino executive with 40 years gaming experience in the operation of casinos and its related areas including: Employee Development Programs, HR management, Development and implementation of Marketing Programs, and Casino Management Consultancy.

He has supervised and managed from various positions comprehensive, administrative, and operational functions for several Atlantic City and Nevada casinos.

As an international gaming consultant Mr. Sanchez has consulted for many prestigious casino operators. He has evaluated the operational effectiveness and efficiency of a wide range of Land based casinos, Riverboat casinos and Resorts. He has been retained by various US casinos to conduct extensive analysis to determine the feasibility of gaming in China and Mexico.

Derek Marsh, CVO
(formerly Director-General, British Trade and Cultural Office, Taipei)
Position: Advisor

Mr. Marsh has been a Non-Executive Director of Bovis Homes Ltd and Felixstowe Dock and Railway Company.

He is Independent Non-Executive Director of Haike Chemical Group Ltd. Mr. Marsh has 39 years’ Government experience, including a number of years in the British Diplomatic Service in East Asia.

He was a Non-Executive Director of China Food Company Plc, a company quoted on AIM from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Marsh graduated from the Royal College of Defense Studies, London and the NATO Defense College, Rome; and has an MA from The Queen’s College, Oxford.
