Technical Support Positions
Requirements: Candidates must have previous customer service/technical support experience, knowledge of Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, and MS Office applications, intermediate knowledge of the Internet, web hosting, email and web site development. 2 year college degree preferred. Web Designer
Requirements: Seeking creative, professional, individuals w/ proven online portfolio of commercial grade web design. Candidates must have solid knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Image Ready, and Macromedia products. PHP, ASP, and MySQL helpful but not required.

GUI Programmer

All applicants must take a written assessment prior to employment.

Systems Administrator
Requirements: Looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience. Must be fluent in W2K, W2K3 Server, Linux, and Solaris. Knowledge of BASH, Perl, ASP, SQL, Sendmail, IIS, and APACHE a must. Industry certifications MCSA, MCSE, MCDBA, RHCE, or CCNA not required, but helpful. Full-time Position, benefits included.

LAN/WAN Engineer
Requirements: Candidates must be proficient in setting up networks, both internally and externally, including running cable, server provisioning and an assortment of other tasks. Enterprise Sales
Duties: Identifies and contacts prospective clients, generates sales proposals, and services existing accounts, ensuring quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares action plans, follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned. Establishes rapport and maintains contact with contract clients and potential clients. Develops and supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs; prepares for and attends exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities. Prepares paperwork to activate and maintain contract services; oversees account services through quality checks and other follow-up; identifies and resolves client concerns. Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals; reports on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity. Develops and implements special sales activities to reduce stock. Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. Leads and trains lower graded staff and/or student employees, as required. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Use strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:
2+ years of outside sales experience.
Experience building and running a regional sales territory.
Technology background a plus.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Experience selling to C-level executives.
