Happy new year!
It is my pleasure to submit TechSupport.Ph’s 2013 major highlights. It is really just a rundown on the company’s major milestones that I think is significant for you to know – as a partner, supplier, client or as a future customer.
You may ask, why the need? Since we are an extension of a company’s IT department or a partner who supports/resell a software solution for you – it is important to know if your partner is improving in some way or another.
By the numbers vs 2012:
=> Increased Revenues by 175%
=> Increased Transactions by 34%
=> Increased Manpower by 38% (peaked at 56%)
=> Increased Served Customers by 7%
You may notice that we have not significantly increased our customers for 2013 – the main reason is – we are very busy on improving our service quality and manpower skills first. Despite the low 7% increase of served customers, we managed to increase our revenues by 175% and have increased our manpower to 38% – which conclusively means we have focused more on what our existing customer’s needs rather than trying to find new customers.
Yes, we have lost some customers along the way, but definitely it will not stop us from improving and try to knock on their door next time and say “Please try our service again!” since we have really improved that much!
So what were the improvements?:
=> We have implemented an Online Timekeeping & Payroll System to eliminate inaccurate payroll computations and enhance employee-employer transparency – 100% Operational
=> We have implemented an Online Billing System to eliminate invoicing errors – 100% Operational
=> We have implemented an Online System for Daily / Monthly Activity Reporting and IT Inventory to improve customer experience – 90% Operational
=> We have implemented an Online Human Resource Management system to improve manpower hiring and management – 100% Operational
I am very happy to tell you that we have heavily invested on putting the above software business systems in place to further improve our interaction with you – our partner/customer. We expect that these improvements will be felt within the first quarter of 2014.
Hey! We do not stop there! We have even:
=> Enhanced our product/solution offering for known brands (such as HP, IBM, Acer, Dell, Apple, Asus, Lenovo, BKAV, Avira, Kaspersky, Autodesk, Bently Systems just to name a few)
=> Implemented the Procurement Assistance Program (PAP) across all customers – ask to find out more.
I feel its not enough. I feel we need to do more for our customers and partners. That is why we want to tell you that “WE ARE COMMITTED” to further improve the way we do business with you; to maintain the trust that you have extended us and to continue to win your business.
